Vikas Sharma

Luxury Culinary Expert

Vikas Sharma brings over 25+ years of experience in luxury hospitality and large-scale food service operations with deep expertise in fine dining, menu innovation and global cuisine development.

He has worked with leading organisations including ITC Hotels, Capital Foods, General Mills, Travel Food Services, Sodexo and Adani Airports. Over the years, he has led culinary and food service operations across diverse formats, designing menus, introducing innovative food programmes and elevating dining experiences inspired by globally diverse cuisines.

His experience includes managing F&B budgets of up to INR 500 crores, leading teams ranging from 30 to 500 members and building high-performing culinary operations across hospitality and large-scale food environments.

Vikas also brings extensive hands-on experience in launching luxury restaurants, central kitchens and multi-unit kitchen operations, with involvement across the entire lifecycle—from planning and operational setup to team building, SOP development and managing successful large-scale operations.
